Product Product Carbon Footprinting and ISO 14067 Consultancy

A PCF study quantifies the total GHG emissions produced over the total life cycle of a product. A PCF Study can be carried out from “Cradle to Grave” – from the point of raw material extraction to end-of-life disposal, or from “Cradle to Gate” – from the point of raw material extraction to the point of distribution.

Emissions ranging from energy, manufacturing/operational processes, deliveries of raw material and other goods, and waste are quantified to determine any product emissions hotspots within the value chain. This assessment, which is based on the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) approach, is an important tool to understand and manage the impact on climate change and global warming of the manufacture of selected products.
