What is ‘SD VISta’?
The Sustainable Development Verified Impact Standard, or SDVISta, was developed in January 2019 by VERRA, an internationally recognised standards setting body.
This project-level certification standard ensures projects are designed, implemented and independently verified so they deliver high-impact Sustainable Development benefits and/or credibly advance the SDGs set forward by the United Nations in 2015.
The sustainability projects can support one or a combination of the categories of ‘people’ (social), planet (environmental), and/or profit (economic). Once approved, the projects will then be listed on a global project registry managed by VERRA.
